60-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand behind our product with a 60-day full refund guarantee. If you are not completely satisfied with your LUANATELLA Electric Gua Sha for any reason, contact us within 60 days of delivery and we will issue a full refund — no return required, no questions asked.

How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, simply email us at info@luanatella.com with:
- Your order number
- The email address used at checkout
- A brief description of your experience

We will process your refund within 3–5 business days of your request. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us at info@luanatella.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include a photo of the damaged item and your order number. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost to you.

Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us immediately at info@luanatella.com with your order number and a photo of the item received. We will resolve the issue within 24–48 hours.

Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 5 business days of our confirmation email, please check with your bank or PayPal account first. If the issue persists, contact us at info@luanatella.com.

Non-Refundable Situations
Refund requests made after 60 days of delivery will not be accepted.
