Free Shipping

We offer FREE shipping on all orders to the contiguous United States (48 states) and Puerto Rico. No minimum order required.

Where We Ship

• All 48 contiguous US states — Free shipping
• Puerto Rico — Free shipping
• Alaska and Hawaii — Additional shipping costs apply at checkout
• PO Boxes — We cannot ship to PO Box addresses
• APO/FPO Military Addresses — Not available at this time
• International orders — We currently ship within the US and Puerto Rico only

Processing & Delivery Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Estimated delivery: 5-10 business days after processing for the contiguous 48 states. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays or other factors outside our control.

Ships From Our US Warehouse

All orders ship from our warehouse in New Jersey, USA. We partner with USPS and other major US carriers to deliver your order.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. Please allow 2-5 business days for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within 20 business days of your shipping confirmation, please contact us at info@luanatella.com and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.
